How to Stop Email Alerts From Going Into Spam Filters

If IntelligenceBank alerts are going into spam filters, advise your users to add this email address to their contacts list:  no-reply@intelligencebank.com.  In addition - when you find an email alert in a spam filter - please categorise it as "not junk" if this function is available in your email client.
