Accept Or Decline A Request

When an Approver receives a request via email, they can accept or decline a request, and will be prompted to add comments about the decision, so it is sent back to the request owner as well as tracked within 1. the Approvals tool under the History tab and 2. within the Approval History tab of the associated file's info box.
