Max OSX - Unidentified Error Message

After downloading the IntelligenceBank Desktop Upload application on a Mac computer, you may receive the following message upon opening it for the first time:

This is because the Security & Privacy settings are set to only allow installation of apps downloaded from the Mac App Store. 

To address this, go to your System Preferences > Security & Privacy area.

Change the setting at the bottom to "Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere".

Drag and drop the IntelligenceBank folder to where you would like it located and open it once. This will create the local folder for adding folders and files for upload.

Once this is done, you can revert back the changes above.
