Email Alerts Frequency

Alerts can be set to be sent to your users hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. Note these alerts are 'batched' - so that they consolidate all alert items in one email, and each hour, day, week or month, these alerts are sent to your users. As such, you may receive hourly alerts within 2 hours of uploading an information item.
