Uploading or "adding" is how to get your Resources saved into the platform so that they can then be circulated within the business for use in campaigns or other marketing functions, be it internal or external.
Please note: If you are unable to perform any of the steps or see any of the functions outlined below, this may be because you do not have the correct access permissions required.
If you believe you should have access, please contact your main admins for assistance.
To add a resource, firstly navigate to where you'd like to upload it in your Resource Library or "DAM", simply click on the + ADD button on the right hand side of the search bar and follow the prompts as shown in the GIF below:
As you become more familiar with the platform you may notice other ways to achieve the same task, for example clicking the "Action button" within a folder and scrolling to "Add Resource" or "Bulk Upload".
In an empty folder:
If you Drag & Drop multiple files or click on the Add more Resources button, you'll be taken to the Bulk Upload page, from here you can bulk apply details and metadata to your files.
