The following file formats will automatically generate an online preview when uploaded to your IntelligenceBank platform Resource module:

FAQs

  • Some file types, like TIFF, require processing before displaying a preview. If there's no preview upon upload, save the file and check back later to edit once the preview is available.
  • Certain formats, such as .docx, may not always preview correctly within the platform. This could be due to embedded objects, complex formatting, or other factors. This does not affect the ability to download the file. If you encounter any issues with file previews, we recommend downloading the file to ensure full accessibility and readability.
  • For indd file types, settings will need to be applied to the file within InDesign, in order for the Preview to appear. You can view more information here.
  • Other formats not listed may also be supported.
     
    *The option to Convert Videos For Online Streaming must be enabled. Note that in some instances, while a format is listed as supported, other restrictions which are generally out of our control may still apply. As an example, some types of MOV files encoded as Apple ProRes Raw HQ - aprhwill not convert due to copyrighting and licensing restrictions on the format.
