Databases: I successfully added a new record to my Database but I can't see it?

If you successfully added a new record and can't see it in your database, please check the following:

- Your database may have an approval process enabled, which means it will need to be reviewed and approved before it is visible in the database. Check your approvals area to see if it is there and track progress of the approval process. You will be notified by email once it has been reviewed and published to the database.

- You may have filters enabled and saved as your default which do not match the record you are looking for. If that is the case, clear your filters and your record will appear again.
