Admin users have the ability to create Download Presets with custom names and specific download requirements for quick usage.
For example: You can set up a preset that meets the required specifications for 3rd party sites, such as Facebook profile pictures, LinkedIn Headers, or simply create these presets for your own internal specifications.
Note that pre-sets sizes will only work if the original file is bigger than the pre-set dimensions - which is to say the feature downscales the original image to the pre-set sizes, but does not upscale.
To create a new pre-set:
- Click into the Image name within your Resources folder.
- You will see the Select a Preset option up the top-right side of the pop-up box.
- Click Manage next to this drop-down.
- Click Create New from the new box that opens.
- Enter a Preset Name, select a File Type, the required specifications and size dimensions from the available options.
- Save your download new pre-set.
To select an existing pre-set:

- You will see the Select a Preset option up the top-right side of the pop-up box.
- Select your Preset from this list.
- Your download specifications will then automatically update to match the pre-set.
- You can now Download this image.

- You will see the Select a Preset option up the top-right side of the pop-up box.
