If your IT department requires to specifically whitelist access to the platform, please ask them to whitelist the entire *.intelligencebank.com, and the Custom URL you are using if applicable.
This will prevent any disruption of the service when new URLs are enabled as part of new feature releases.
Alternatively, if whitelisting the entire domain is not an option, the URLs below, corresponding to different services of the IntelligenceBank platform, will all need to be white listed.
Please make sure to let your Customer Success Manager know that specific URLs are white listed in your IT infrastructure so they can let you know when new URLs are enabled.
