One of the newest features available on the platform is the ability to group records together visually by assigning a highlight colour to each record.
As indicated below in a Cards view, you can see that each of the records has both a background colour and a feature colour line along the top of each card. If enabled, this will be applied on each Record view.
Setting up Highlight Colour Values
Within your Form Builder, you already have the ability within a Single Select Field to assign Colours to your Custom List values. When this is set, and the corresponding value is selected by the user on the form; the value will be displayed as a small 'chip' using the Label and Text colours set in the Form Builder.
To make the colour apply to the background of the entire record, you need to enable the Highlight Color Field setting. This will only appear in the Settings area on one field within the form builder that meets the above requirements.
Once you have enabled the setting and clicked Save, the Highlight Color will automatically apply to each record where a value has been selected. You can see the options required in the screenshot below.
The top bar on the record will be the colour from within the label colour picker, whilst the background will be 5% opacity of that colour. If there is no selection in that field, the record will maintain the same appearance as it does currently, ie it will be white.

Please note that the 'Database' and 'Records' terminology referenced above may appear differently in your platform as these are customisable terms.
