Card View UI Enhancements for Resources & Records

A new Cards View has been added for Resources (Assets or Documents) and the existing Records (Briefs or Tasks) Cards view has been updated, providing a clearer preview of files and highlighting key information about each item.

Records & Briefs UI Enhancements

Records, also commonly known as Tasks or Briefs has also been upgraded with an enhanced user interface for better readability. Additional features enhance the user experience, allowing users to easily jump to sections and pages, improving error handling and an option to increase the width of a record, among others.

Guest Upload & Public Forms

Briefs (or records) within the Database Module can now be enabled for 'Guest' Users, enabling key external contacts to submit assets and information without requiring a login. This enhances our existing upload options, also allowing for Admins to create customisable public forms to ensure they're capturing the right information.

Session Based Digest Emails

Session Based Digest emails are an enhancement to the existing suite of Markup Comment Notifications. These allow for the feedback added to a single request to be grouped within the one email. Admins can also decided if users can manually end the session, or if they rely on the automatic "end session" option. This feature ensures that all feedback added in the same "Markup Session" is sent at the same time, streamlining the amount of emails and letting the user decide when that feedback should be sent & received. 

Other Enhancements

• Dynamic Data Mapping Source limit for InDesign Creative Templates has been increased to 50.
• New options in Folder Watermark settings allow you to either enforce or hide watermarks across all files, giving you greater control over their application.
• Upgrades to the Move action in Resources, improving the speed and bulk action support.
• Users can now update the limit of an Multi Upload field from 1 up to 1,000. They can also now Bulk Remove files.
• User can copy and share links from Saved Searches.
• You can now copy the Info Preview URL on Resources making it easier to share.
• When exporting a Stats Report with duplicable sections, the Record data is now automatically duplicated across all rows to make it easier to do further data manipulation and Excel or other third-party reporting tools.
• Users can now filter and detach deleted Resources from Facial Recognition Face profiles, ensuring untrained faces are no longer associated with deleted images.
