Making the Content Risk Review Add-in for Microsoft Word available to your users

The Content Risk Review Add-in for Microsoft Word requires centralized deployment by an administrator. This guide explains how IT administrators can make the Add-in available to users within your organization.

Requirements

To deploy the Add-in, you will need:

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise SKUs: E3/E5/F3 or Business SKUs: Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium
• Administrator access to your organization's Microsoft 365 environment

Deployment Steps

1. Log into Office 365 as an admin user
   • Go to https://admin.microsoft.com
   • Sign in with an administrator account
2. Navigate to Integrated Apps
   • Click on the menu in the top left corner
   • Click 'Admin' to go to the Admin Center
   • In the Admin Center, search for 'integrated apps' in the search bar and select it
3. Upload the Add-in
   • On the integrated app page, click 'Upload custom apps'
   • Select the option "provide link to manifest file"
   • Click next
   • Enter the appropriate manifest link for your region:
     • Australia manifest link: https://ms-office.intelligencebank.com/manifest.prod.xml
     • Europe/Africa manifest link: https://ms-office.emea.intelligencebank.com/manifest.prod.xml
     • United States manifest link: https://ms-office.us.intelligencebank.com/manifest.prod.xml
   • Complete the deployment

The Add-in will now be available to all users logged into Word with Microsoft accounts controlled by your organization.
