How do I set a review date

I want to set a future date to review my assets.

  1. Navigate to the asset you would like to set a review date for
  2. Hover over the asset and click the Three Dots Menu (⋮)
  3. Select the Edit / New version option
  4. Scroll down to the Review Date field and enter the date you would like to set for review
  5. Select SAVE CHANGES or SUBMIT

The asset thumbnail review date icon appear will appear over the asset if the review date is within 30 days. The icon looks like a calendar and will appear:

  • Orange - 30 days prior to the review date, OR
  • Red - review date has lapsed
