How do I adjust the folder layout?

Within the Asset Library display, the default layout can be amended to your individual preference - List or Card layout.

Navigate to the Asset Library module

1. In the upper right hand corner, locate the three Switch/Sort display options:
2. Select from:
   • Option 1:  Sort Your Folders - display options:  
     • Alphabetical
     • Date Created - upload or edited date
     • Custom Order - Main Admin's can manually arrange the preferred order
     • And also from:
   • Option 2:  List Layout - single page view
   • Option 3: Card Layout - thumbnail page view

Key Points:

• There is no requirement to Save
• Users can switch between the display options as preferred
• The layout will remain applied for any future activities whilst logged in the same session
• The layout does not become your default
