When logging into the platform via SSO there are several reasons why you may have difficulty logging in.
- Check that your username/email address is typed in correctly
- Check that your network and or any VPN's are functioning (if working remote)
- Contact your internal IT team and ask them to check the following:
- Is the Authenticator link still enabled?
- Is your login pointing to the Single Sign on (not a traditional email and password)
