Why can't I add a new folder?

The ability to add a folder requires a different level of access then the ability to create files.

A user must belong to a group that has Admin permission to be able to create folders.

There are two types of folder Admin:

1. Asset module: add folders within the entire DAM library
2. Nominated folders: add sub folders to the nominated parent folder(s) only

Please contact your Main Administrator(s) of the platform to review your permissions if you feel your access needs to be increased.
