Can I reassign the approver before it gets to their stage?

You may need to have an approver removed or replaced with another user.

• For "Single Stage" approvals, an approver can be removed or reassigned providing the approval is in "Pending"status
• For "Multi Stage" approvals, an approver can be removed or re assigned providing the approval is in the same stage as the approver and is in "Pending" status
• Commonly, only Admin users and an Approver can re-assign an approval as long as it is in "Pending" Status
  • Requesters however can also re-assign Reviewers in some scenarios. Click here to read more. 
• The Asset owner cannot re assign their own approval
• The Approver should notify the administrator or the Asset owner if they cannot Approve an asset before they re-assign themselves
