To add a New Version of a Resource, go to the existing resource, and click on Edit/New Version in the resource dropdown action menu. Then simply browse your desktop for the new version of a file, add a Version Comment if required/mandatory, and select Save.
Previous versions can be accessed by clicking on Info in the resource dropdown action menu, and by heading to the Versions tab.
On the Versions tab, you can see a list of previous versions, as well as options to Download, Restore or Delete each Version. The count next to the Versions tab title will indicate how many versions that file has.
*Note that the name given to modules, features and information items may vary in your platform as they can be customized by Main Admin users.
