Under Admin > Settings > Resources, Main Admin users can set a default layout order for Resources when a new folder is added. This can be changed by the user to suit their preferred view.
In the Default Resources (Assets) Layout field, select either List or Images to set the view that Users will see by default for Resources within a Folder.
The Default Resources Order allows you to set the order Resources will appear within a Folder. This options are:
- Resource Date: The time the Resource was created
- Last Updated: The last Resource added or updated will be displayed first.
- Alphabetical: Resources are listed alphabetically.
- Custom Order: Users with Admin permissions on the Folder can manually set the order in which files are displayed. To do so, when in Resources, go to the Folder dropdown action menu and click on Sort Order.
Once you have finalised your new View options, click Save at the bottom of the Admin > Settings page.
