Under Admin > Settings > Resources, Main Admin users can set a default layout order for resources when a new folder is added.
First select List or Image View from the default resource layout dropdown. Then select from the default resource order options:
- Last Updated: the last files added or updated will be displayed first.
- Alphabetical: files are list alphabetically.
- Custom Order: users with Admin permissions on the folder can change the order in which files are displayed in the folder dropdown action menu by clicking on Sort Order.
Once finalized click Save.
