Previewing A Resource Online

PDF Documents, Audio files, Video files, and Images can be previewed online without needing to download them. To preview a file, access the desired resource and click on the corresponding View icon. 

If on the Mosaic view, hover over your file and click the large view icon in the centre of your image to open the Preview page.  

If a resource's dropdown action menu is opened and a user clicks on Preview/Play, they can directly preview documents, images (approximatively 100 formats are supported), and play mp3 audio files and flash video files. If the feature is enabled, the image will also be watermarked.

Once you click on the Preview Icon, the Preview page will be opened. From here you can complete multiple actions, as well as seeing more detail about the resource by clicking the Info icon.
