Viewing Annotations Made on Previous Versions in the App.

Many users will make annotations on a file only to return to the file to find there is an updated version. The user then opens the file via the reader to view their annotations. A question commonly asked is, “Where are my annotations?”

As there is a new version of the document, the annotations exist on a previous version of the file. You can access previous versions of your files by following the steps below.  

Step 1 – Go to folder & file then click on the info icon against the file.

Step 2 – You will then see an option to Download the previous version. Once the file has been downloaded, click on the “View” button underneath “Versions”.

This will then load the previous version of the file where you will be able to view and edit your annotations.
