Bulk Review Approvals

Users can now review multiple Approval requests at once using the improved Bulk Review feature. This allows you to reduce the time spent going back & forth, providing options to:

• Review all items at once
• Select specific requests to respond to, ie review in batches
• Review items one by one

This can be enabled or disabled for specific workflows. You will also be able to report on if a request was approved in the Bulk view or individually.

Grouped Request Approvals

Grouped Approval Requests provide a way to streamline notifications when multiple requests are made at the same time, as well as allowing Reviewers to respond to multiple requests at once, saving time and effort. This feature has now been enhanced, with additional support added for Record File and Resource Publish Approvals. 

Once enabled, Reviewers will receive 1 email when a request is made and the grouped request will also be available in the Grouped area within the Approvals list. They can still review individually, but can also review in Bulk, also utilising the new Bulk Review feature.
