Beta Release for Upgraded Resources module

In preparation for the upcoming relaunch of the new Resources module, an initial Beta version will be released to select clients for testing and feedback considerations. 

This upgrade leads to a significant upgrade to the speed, search capability and scale of your platform and will soon be released to all platforms.
