The newest update to your platform, launched in early February, is an upgraded Resources module. This introduces a faster search function, improvements to general speed and scale and an updated design.
There are a few changes from the previous version of the system, which are detailed below.
Updated Folder View
Previously, all Agendas, Resources (Documents) and Sub-Folders were listed on one page, as pictured below.
Now, a switch at the top of your page will open up your Agendas, Resources or Sub-Folder views. Simply click any option within the box marked in the screenshot below to update your view.

Opening your Agenda & Other Actions
As before, you can click the Open icon to open your Agenda.
However, this will now automatically open the Agenda module page, as pictured below, with your selected Agenda open in the side panel.
All other actions, including Edit, Download PDF, Unlink, Email Link & Delete remain the same.
Create an Agenda
To create an Agenda while you're within a folder, click the Add button at the top right of your screen and select Create Agenda.
Please be aware that some of the terms used above, including 'Agendas' and 'Resources' are all customisable and may appear differently on your platform.
