If your Agenda structure doesn’t change much meeting to meeting, get a head start on creating your agenda by copying a template, utilising our new Copy Agenda action.
When on your Agenda list page, either on the Agenda or Resources module, open the actions dropdown menu and select Copy Agenda.
Once you've selected the Copy action, a new Agenda will automatically open in the Agenda module. This creates a duplicate Agenda from your original/template option; and will copy all of the following:
- All Agenda content, including supporting documents
- All settings and permissions
- The Calendar date and event; if the date has not already past.
Only the Agenda name will be blank, allowing you to update the name to your next Board Meeting. You can see an example of a Copied example below.
