The release of the Conditional Workflows allows an approval to be sent to different reviewers based on whatever variation of conditions is met. This could involve field specific answers, so if a user were to select a Value A, the approval request would be set to Manager #1. If they selected Value B however, it would be sent to Manager #2 for approval instead. Alternatively, the request could also change depending on the user submitting the request.
This feature enables a single workflow to be set up for each Database, factoring in multiple scenarios, all of which may require separate approvers.

Updated Add Record, Edit Record & View Record Interface
We are also pleased to announce the launch of the updated Add/Edit/View Record pages. This follows the recent updates to the Resources module amongst others, which introduces a new design, updated user experience and a drastic improvement in speed and capability. This update also includes a number of new features, all of which should enhance user experience and the way users create their records.
What's Changed?
Previously, unless the Staged Database option was enabled in the Database Settings, users would be presented with a single page of fields in each record; resulting in quite long forms. This update allows you to Add Pages to your Single Databases, providing a simple method of separating larger sections of content, along with improving the ability of users to navigate through the record.
Conditional Display logic on Sections
Entire sections can now be set to appear based on a specific field response. This expands on the existing field-based conditional logic. This means that if, for instance, you require an additional section of content to appear if a user were to answer "No", rather than "Yes" to a query, you can now enable that in your Form Builder. If the user enters "Yes", they can carry on filling out their form without viewing or filling out that additional section.
Calculation Field is now automatic
Previously, if a calculation field existed in a Database, the user needed to click the Calculate button before the calculation would appear. This new upgrade removes this step, as any calculation field is automatically updated whenever a contributing value is added or edited. This includes contributing fields that may be in other Stages.
Field Level Improvements
A number of minor changes have also been introduced to specific field elements, designed to enhance the usability of the record creation process. These include:
- Improved validation on the Website field means users aren't required to add in "http://www." before a URL. This will instead be an automatic addition if the rest of the value entered is valid
- Text limits entered for a Text field will now be displayed on the Field itself so users will be aware when they've reached or exceeded the limit
- Customisable Stage names are now enabled in Staged Databases and on Pages on Single Databases.
- Integrated fields can now be selected on Lookups, even when Multiple is enabled. So the user can view the information from multiple lookup records at once.
Auto-Created Folders
If this feature is enabled, the user will be able to view a shortcut to the folder when they're on the record on the top-right of their overlay page.
