To change the order of your Databases 'on-the-fly', the Custom Order option in the Databases - General section of Admin > Settings must be enabled. (Located under Default Databases Order).
If enabled, users with relevant permissions can update the Database ordered at any time as desired.
*Note that this will change this across the entire platform for all users, not just the user making the change.
How to Update your Database Order
1. Go to your Database Module, open your Database side panel (clicking on the menu icon indicated at the top of the page below) and click the Re-order Database icon at the bottom of the side panel (indicated below).
2. Once the Side Panel has updated (the top row will be called Re-order Databases), click on the Re-order icon on the left of the Database you wish to move.
3. Drag the Database to the new location before dropping it in place. You can see below that the Estimates Database is being moved down the display.
4. To view the updates, click the Back button on the top left of the side panel, and your page will automatically update to reflect the new Database order.
Note that even if this is the default order, users may still be able to switch the order of their Databases; depending on the Database Name, the Date Created or when the Database was Last Updated.
