 Configure Custom Default Date Field Values in Databases

New functionality in the Databases module allows you to Auto-Assign Date field values depending on inputs within the Record. These could involve a simple condition based off another Date field or more advanced conditional defaults that rely on what has been inputted in other fields on the record. 

Simple conditions creates defaults based on other Date fields or Today. In the example below, the Final Submission Date defaults to 7 Days before the Launch Date; ensuring there is always enough time for review. Alternatively, you could setup conditional defaults that apply different dates based on inputs in other fields. For example, the selection made in the Priority field below will update the Due Date with different dates depending on if the Priority selected is High, Medium or Low. 

The Date field defaults can also be locked if required so users cannot change the values. Additionally, you can also decide if you want these values to update when a user is Editing the record. 

This feature is available now in your Databases module and can be configured in the Form Builder.

Adobe Creative Cloud Connector v1.7

The following enhancements are introduced as part of the latest version of the IntelligenceBank Connector for Adobe Creative Cloud:

• Login sessions to the Connector are now shared between InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, so you don't have to login to each application individually anymore.
  
  
• A new Settings area is now available, allowing users to:
  
  
  • Enable an option to always place the Original asset by default in InDesign and Illustrator documents, instead of a small sized Preview (current default behavior).
    
    
  • Enable an option to always store the Original asset directly in the Photoshop document's location, instead of within the local central cache store (current default behavior).
    
    
  • Option to always show import options on Place action in InDesign. This requires the option to always place the Original asset to also be enabled. This is particularly useful when placing PDF documents as it allows you to select a specific page.

Miscellaneous Features & Enhancements

• When Two-Factor Authentication is enabled at the user account level (instead of Global), you can restrict end users from being able to disable or enable that option.
• Bulk Upload has an increased limit of 250 assets that can be uploaded at once, and a larger preview for images. Previews are also available for supported images that are up to 50MB (up from 15MB previously).
• Resource Custom Upload Fields supports up to 10 sections (up from 2 previously).
