How do I configure anti-spoofing?

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 6:33 AM

Sometimes an email domain is configured in a way to reject suspect emails. This may happen at time to emails sent from our platform, as by default the emails look like they come from the sender rather than a system.

If this is occurring, you can enable anti-spoofing and add in specific domains to re-write which will send emails to the specific domains from a system email instead.

To set up anti-spoofing

  1. Navigate to Settings tab of the Admin module
  2. Scroll down to Enable Anti-Spoofing on Email Links and make sure it is selected
  3. Add the users email domain in the Domain(s) to Re-Write field, selecting Enter/Return to populate the domain in the field.

Select the SAVE button on the bottom of the page to complete the action.

The page will reload and a Success message will display confirming the changes have been applied.
