When uploading or editing your Templates in your platform you have the ability to decide if you want your end users to be able to add (or delete) additional pages, or add new text or images.
These functions must be enabled against the Template in the IntelligenceBank platform.
When clicking to either Add New Resource (and then selecting the InDesign Template option) or to Edit your existing Web-to-Print Template, you will see the following options in the middle of the page:
- To give the end user the ability to add new pages or delete pages from the Template, select the User can add/delete Pages box.
- To give the end user the ability to add new text to the Template, select the User can add New Text box.
- To give the end user the ability to add new images to the Template, select the User can add New Image box.
The last two options will enable the user to not just edit existing images or text, but add new images or text on applicable areas of the template.
