Record Publish Approval Upgrade

Users are able to Review their Record Approval Request (or Briefs) whilst they're viewing their Record content, making it easier for them to respond and reducing the back and forth between other actions / views. This is the first in a series of updates that will be made to this action. 

Other Enhancements

• HTML files are now supported in Content Risk Reviews.
• URLs are now supported in Content Risk Reviews.
• A new “Download Annotated PDF” option appears next to Print PDF in Markup. This PDF includes Risk Review comments and replies, annotations and replies, general comments and replies. Use Adobe Acrobat for best results.
• Callout has been added as an Annotation option within Markup allowing users to click and pinpoint a specific point, and then add text to the callout with needed changes
• Users can now Cancel their Approval requests in Bulk, making it quicker to clear out old requests.
• Auto Re-assign now supports Start and End Dates
• In Approvals, users can Filter by Required by date
• Drag & Drop Pages now supports Line Height options in the Text Widget and additional Button customisation options.
