How do I edit an asset?

After an Asset has been uploaded to a file, there may be a need to change the asset information. Please follow the below steps to modify an existing asset.

1. Navigate to the folder and asset
2. Hover over the asset you wish to edit and Click the Three Dots Menu (⋮) in the top right corner
3. Select the Edit / New version option
4. On the right hand panel, update the options as required
5. Select the Save Changes button to save your changes

Options available to update:

• Asset Name
• Dates - asset and/or review
• Owner
• Watermark
• General keywords i.e. auto AI “machine red” tagging
• Filters
