What is the difference between the Digital Asset Library and Brand Pages?

Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Brand Pages co-exist within the platform, but they are two distinct features.

Below are main features for IntelligenceBank's Digital Asset Library and Brand Pages.

Digital Asset Library's key features:

  1. Centralised storing, organisation and sharing of digital assets
  2. Add and embed custom and AI-generated metadata to digital assets, enhancing searchability
  3. Create, collaborate and approve digital assets
  4. Review versions, history of approvals and usage etcc

Brand Pages' key features:

  1. Digital and dynamic overview of the brand style guide i.e. strategy, tone of voice, do's and don'ts of brand application etc.
  2. Approved brand assets can be easily accessed showcased directly on the brand pages - logos, fonts, colours, icons, and/or imagery
  3. Quick links to the DAM assets, or, downloadable assets directly from the Brand Page
