If your Agenda structure doesn't change much from meeting to meeting, get a head start on your next one by using the Copy Agenda action.
How to Copy an Agenda
When on your Agenda list page - either in the Agenda or Resources module - open the actions dropdown menu and select Copy Agenda.
Once you've selected the Copy action, a new Agenda will automatically open in the Agenda module. This creates a duplicate Agenda from your original, copying all of the following:
- All Agenda content, including supporting documents
- All settings and permissions
- The Calendar date and event, if the date has not already passed
Only the Agenda name will be blank, allowing you to update it for your next Board meeting.
