Boards: Updates to Resources

A recent update to your platform introduced an upgraded Resources module with a faster search function, improvements to general speed and scale, and an updated design.

There are a few changes from the previous version of the system, detailed below.

Updated Folder View

Previously, all Agendas, Resources (Documents) and Sub-Folders were listed on one page.

Now, a switch at the top of your page lets you open the Agendas, Resources, or Sub-Folder views separately. Simply click any option within the box shown in the screenshot below to update your view.

Opening an Agenda and Other Actions

As before, you can click the Open icon to open your Agenda.

This will now automatically open the Agenda module page, with your selected Agenda open in the side panel.

All other actions - including Edit, Download PDF, Unlink, Email Link and Delete - remain the same.

Creating an Agenda

To create an Agenda while you're within a folder, click the Add button at the top right of your screen and select Create Agenda.
