If you would like to enable "just-in-time provisioning" — which automatically creates users that try to authenticate to the platform via SAML SSO but do not already exist in the system — go to Admin > Settings and enable the Enable SSO User Auto Creation option.
For this option to work, you will need to create a user in the system called template@intelligencebank.com. This user will then be used as the Template User. Assign to this user the default Division and Groups that should apply automatically to any user created via SSO.
Important: Make sure the template user's email address uses a lowercase 'i' —
template@intelligencebank.com — not an uppercase 'I' (template@Intelligencebank.com).
