General Markup Comments in Databases

Users can now collaborate on files within a Database Upload field, making it easier to get feedback from the team and progress an asset from its first draft through to when it's ready for the Final Approval step. Users can then utilise our File Approval or Publish to Folder functionality to ensure the file can be approved or distributed to necessary stakeholder.

Database & Workflow Reporting Enhancements

• When Reporting on Workflow Requests for File Approvals you can now add in field title, record title, sequence ID and Database name columns in that report (which saves having to combine multiple reports off-platform)
• For Database reports for files in Multi Upload field  we've added options for displaying the Folder UUID (when file has been published to folder) and the Email Address of the user who added a file
• Additionally in both Workflow Reporting and Dashboard List Widgets you can now see/filter by the number of revisions made in either the approval or in General Markup Comments.
• A new Feature field option allows users to view the Progress of their File Approvals, making it easy to determine how many files in a record have reached a certain status, ie Completed or Approved. 
• Filter by the Record File Approval Status in Database Filters, allowing you to quickly see which records have items in Pending or that were Declined.
