New Features
Attestations for Approval Workflows
Adds configurable attestation language to the approval panel in brief and uploaded files on brief workflows, turning sign-off into an explicit, recorded commitment rather than a single click with no documented obligation.
Map Record Fields to File Metadata on Publish
When an asset is published from a brief to a DAM folder, key record information including brief IDs and other relevant fields can now be maps automatically to the file's metadata, removing the need to manually re-enter data that already exists in the system.
Published assets become immediately searchable and filterable in the DAM using attributes from the originating record.
