Attestations for Approval Workflows

Adds configurable attestation language to the approval panel in brief and uploaded files on brief workflows, turning sign-off into an explicit, recorded commitment rather than a single click with no documented obligation.

Map Record Fields to File Metadata on Publish

When an asset is published from a brief to a DAM folder, key record information including brief IDs and other relevant fields can now be mapped automatically to the file's metadata, removing the need to manually re-enter data that already exists in the system.

Published assets become immediately searchable and filterable in the DAM using attributes from the originating record.

Facial Recognition for Video

Your team can find the right footage of a person in seconds instead of scrubbing through videos by hand.

Facial recognition now works on video. Faces are detected with thumbnail previews, people you already know are recognised automatically and you can name, rename, detach or remove people from the Training Center.
