How do I delete an asset?

Assets can be deleted, either individually or in bulk.  

Key Points:

• Users with Publish or Main Admin permissions are permitted to delete assets
• Deleting assets is permanent and cannot be reversed nor recovered

Please contact your Main Admin if you require additional permissions to enable deletion of assets.

Individual

1. Navigate to the folder and asset
2. Select the three dots menu (⁝) on the upper right hand corner of the thumbnail
3. Select the Delete Asset option
4. Select Yes to confirm you wish to proceed

Bulk

1. Search, filter or navigate to the folder and asset(s)
2. Select the relevant assets via two options:
   • Nominated - via the selection icon on the upper left corner of each asset, or, 
   • Select all - on the bottom left corner of screen
3. Navigate to the Bulk Actions menu on the bottom of screen
4. Select the Delete option from the menu
5. Select Remove to confirm you wish to proceed
