How to Set Up Email Alerts

Alerts is a tool that can be used to let your team know when assets are being added, updated or commented on. You can additionally determine the frequency in which you receive alerts from hourly to monthly. 

These are setup within the Admin settings page in the Alerts (Other) section.

Note these alerts are 'batched' - so that they consolidate all alert items in one email, and each hour, day, week or month, these alerts are sent to your users. As such, you may receive hourly alerts within 2 hours of uploading an information item.
