Downloading a Resource

If you have download permissions on a Resource (file), you can click on the Download icon or the Title of the resource you wish to download to start the downloading process. Please check your download folder to view the resource.

If a user has Preview permission on the Resource Folder the file is in, and if Download Approvals are enabled on that folder, they will be prompted with a Download Request Form. Once completed, the Download Approval Request will be sent to any approvers. Upon approval, the download requestor will be sent a one time link via email, allowing them to download the file.
