If you require support from our Helpdesk team, the IntelligenceBank Helpdesk User within your platform must be in an Active status.
To put the Helpdesk User in an Active status, go to Admin > Users. Click on IntelligenceBank Helpdesk to display user details.
From the “All Users” drop down field, select Active User to activate the user, and click Save.
When Suspended Users are made active again they will automatically receive a Reset Password Email (even when welcome mails are not enabled).
If you need to disable the Helpdesk User, go to Admin > Users, click on IntelligenceBank Helpdesk to open the user details, and update the status from Active User to Suspended User.
