About the IntelligenceBank Connector for Shopify

Inserting assets from the DAM into a CMS or eCommerce platform like Shopify can be cumbersome as it requires to navigate between different screens and applications.

With the IntelligenceBank Assets Connector for Shopify, Shopify users can:

• Login to their IntelligenceBank DAM, including via SSO.
  
  
• Browse and search for approved Product image assets. Supported formats are: PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, SVG, HEIC and WebP.
  
  
• Select multiple Assets at once, and attach them to specific Products & Product Variants. Assets are inserted as local copies.

To get started with the IntelligenceBank Assets Connector for Shopify, install it from the Shopify marketplace.

• From the IntelligenceBank Assets app area, login to your IntelligenceBank platform, including via SSO.

• Browse and search for approved IntelligenceBank image assets.

• Select the approved image assets you would like to upload and attach to your Shopify Product(s). Click Insert Selection when you are done.

• Select the Shopify Product(s) and Variant(s) you would like to attached the assets to. Click Attach Media when you are done.

• You will then find these inserted assets against the selected Product(s). The Alt text of each image is automatically populated from the Description or Name of the selected asset, as defined in the DAM.
