One of the newest ways to Filter your Resources is based on the File Size (in MB), which you can do by selecting a range or limit. This is a way you can further filter your search results, find specific files, or view which resources are taking up the most storage.
How to Filter by File Size
1. Open the Filtering Options Side Panel in your Resources module and look for the field called File Size in the General Options section (highlighted below).
2. Select the range type and then enter the value (numeric) that you wish the Filter to work from. For example, if you wished to see all Resources over 10MB, you would select Greater Than from the dropdown and enter 10 as the value (as you can see below).
If you wish to see a specific range, for example all Resources that are between 2 and 3 MB, you can easily select both options after click the arrow to the left of the Select dropdown.
3. Watch as your Resources are immediately filtered on the right side of your screen!

Please note that some terms, such as Resources may appear differently on your Platform as it is a customisable term.
