We are pleased to announce the launch of the updated Databases area, with a new design, updated user experience and a drastic improvement in search and speed. It also comes with the launch of our Advanced Calendars module, providing enhanced ways to view your records.

Upgraded Database Home Page view + Search for Databases
You will now be able to view your Databases in either a List or Cards View and switch between these two options on the fly. Sorting options are also available on the page, with changes being instantly reflected.
Upgraded List, Card and Calendar Record Views
All Record views now have an upgraded User Interface, improved usability and a drastic improvement in speed and capacity. In addition to this, a number of other new features have been introduced which you can view below.
Enhanced Card View Display
Within the Cards view specifically, you can now display more information on each Card, allowing you to find out more about each record at a glance. This includes your Secondary and Feature fields, along with shortcuts to Comments, Related items, etc.
The upgraded Calendar view also allows you to view records as a range, based on two Date Fields, ie. a Start and End Date. This will extend the display of each record, based on what is selected within those Date fields.
You can see more information about each record by hovering over the Info icon attributed to each record. Currently the view options for Calendar include Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly options.
Other features include the ability to click on a date to add a record; hide or show weekends and view records in a compact or extended view, amongst others.
Highlight Colour and Time Support on your Records
These two features allow you to both display and add more tailored information to your Records. Highlight colour allows you to visually group records based on a background highlight colour, according to the values selected in the form. The addition of Time Support to Date Fields allows more detailed tracking of your records and tasks.
