If you would like to enable "just-in-time provisioning", which enables to automatically create users that try to authenticate to the platform via SAML SSO but do not already exist as users in the system, go to Admin > Settings, and update the Enable SSO User Auto Creation so that it is enabled.
For this option to work however, you will need to create a user in the system called template@intelligencebank.com . This user will then be used as the Template User. Assign to this user the default Division and Groups that should then apply automatically to any user automatically created via SSO.
Note: Make sure the template user's email has a lowercase 'i' for intelligenceBank. ie. @intelligencebank.com, not @Intelligencebank.com.
