What tools can I use to review/proof an asset?

Modified on Wed, 6 May at 4:34 AM

IntelligenceBank offers you a way of doing your proofing and review of assets directly within your platform so the review process is auditable and centralised.

Images, documents, videos, audio files, and public websites can all be reviewed and proofed.

Ways of Reviewing and Proofing

There are a few different ways you can review, proof, and provide feedback on an asset.

Below is a basic breakdown of the different tools you can potentially use:

  • Feedback approval: typically recommended for reviewing existing assets. This allows you to make comments on and add new versions of an asset that already exists within your Asset Library.
  • Publish approval: typically recommended as the approval process for adding new assets to your Asset Library. You will be able to add revisions of assets within the approval process (as opposed to versions) because the asset has typically not yet been published to your Asset Library.
  • Record File approvals & General Markup Comments*: typically recommended if assets were developed as a creative deliverable off a brief or request, and you want to maintain a very clear link between the brief/request and the ultimate deliverable.

All of the options above have the ability to use markup comments and annotations to provide feedback. Please review our article on Markup Comments & Annotations to learn more about how to use this feature.

If you have any questions about which type of tool your specific site is using or which review type works best given your specific reviews requirements, please reach out to your site administrator or dedicated IntelligenceBank Customer Success Manager.

Please Note:

*The Record File approvals and General Markup comments are specific to our MOPS feature - you will not see these options if your package does not include Databases or Forms.
