A Custom Agenda Item can be anything from "Welcome - Introductions and Apologies" to "Morning Tea", to the specific conversation items to be discussed during the meeting.
Adding a Custom Item
After entering an item, click Add and it will be added to the agenda on the right-hand side of your screen.
You can then Edit the item name, add a Description, times/duration for each item, and Presenter information by clicking the edit icon next to each item.
This will expand the item so you can add those details.
Adding Resources to the Agenda
To add a Resource to your Agenda, select it from within your Folder navigation and drag and drop it onto your Agenda exactly where you need it. You can also add entire Folders and Sub-Folders.
After selecting a Folder or Resource, you can also click Add to automatically add that item to the bottom of the Agenda list, where you can then drag it into the required position.
Reordering and Nesting Items
You can re-order agenda items at any time by clicking on the item name and dragging it up or down. You can also create sub-agenda items by dragging and dropping an item into the desired parent item.
Once you have finished adding items to your Agenda, click Save to confirm all changes.
