Word documents uploaded to IntelligenceBank are automatically converted to PDF so they can be read directly within the app.
When a Word document (.docx or .doc) is uploaded to the platform, IntelligenceBank automatically converts it to a PDF. This means you can read it online or download it to the BoardHub app without needing Microsoft Word installed on your device.
The original Word file is retained on the platform; the PDF conversion is used only for viewing purposes.
