Brand Color Checker brings automated brand color review to Content Risk Review, helping your team catch off-brand color use before content goes out the door.
Why this matters
Checking whether a piece of content actually uses the right brand colors, in the right way, is a tedious and easy-to-miss part of manual compliance review. Brand Color Checker adds this check to the same Risk Review workflow you already use for other compliance checks, so color issues are caught alongside everything else, rather than relying on someone remembering to eyeball it.
Key Capabilities
- Color presence: Checks whether your approved brand colors are actually used in a page, and flags colors that are not part of your palette.
- Color proportion: Checks whether a primary color is used prominently where it should be, and flags cases where a secondary or accent color is used more heavily than your brand guidelines intend.
- Text-on-background combinations: Checks whether a specific text color on a specific background creates a readability or brand risk, not just individual colors in isolation.
- Guideline-based checks: Checks are written to reflect your own brand guidelines, not a generic rule, so the findings speak in the language of your brand's actual rules (for example, "use this color for headings" or "this palette only applies to this section").
- Findings in context: Results appear as risks on the page, in the same way other Risk Review findings do, and include an explanation of what was found and why it matters. Where possible, the finding points to the specific area of the page it relates to.

Brand color findings appear alongside your other Risk Review results, so your team reviews everything in one place.
